Returns & Exchanges

We want you to have a great experience with the Dollar Socks Club, and of course love the socks you get! Check out our returns and refunds policy below. 

  • We are happy to accept returns on any unworn socks that are defective, damaged, etc. This also includes socks that don't fit, or even socks you don't like. But... **they must be unworn and not show any signs of use.**

  • If you are exchanging socks you don't like, that's cool. But you'll need to pay for shipping to have a new pair sent. You won't be charged for the socks. 

  • For refunds, we will process once we get the socks back, and you will be refunded for the price paid for the product, and not shipping.  

  • For club exchanges, we will try and replace the original socks with the same pair.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase. Socks must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.

  • We will send out replacement socks free of charge once we receive the old ones. 

  • Socks are worn on feet, and can get sweaty and smelly. Because if this, we cannot accept returns on socks that have been worn. Please don't send us used socks.
